Kent Teaching Solutions is seeking a dedicated and passionate Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our team in Folkestone, Kent, starting in September. We are committed to providing an inclusive and supportive environment where both students and staff can thrive.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of Key Stage 2 students, ensuring differentiation to support all learners.
* Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that fosters curiosity and academic growth.
* Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to effectively deliver the curriculum.
* Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each student.
* Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities as required.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching Key Stage 2 students, preferably within a UK setting.
* Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and assessment practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
* Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
