RESPONSIBILITIES & PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
Conduct inspections and repairs on AAG aircraft, including aircraft parts, components, and systems.
Perform both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft, aircraft systems, and parts.
Carry out inspections of completed work, aircraft systems, and parts as per the aircraft flight schedule.
Keep logbooks, work packages, task cards, regulatory updates, and other technical directives up to date and well-maintained.
Coordinate aircraft maintenance schedules in collaboration with the Director of Maintenance.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper upkeep of materials and calibrated tools.
Prepare and maintain documentation in compliance with regulations and company policy for all maintenance activities.
Ensure accurate and thorough accomplishment and documentation of all maintenance tasks, following established company policies and procedures.
Analyze and troubleshoot technical and inspection issues, providing guidance and resolving problems.
Support AAG maintenance goals by actively participating in continuous quality management and SMS.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance.
Requirements
FAA A&P License required, with a minimum of three years of experience as an Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic on turbine powered aircraft.
Experience with Cessna Citation 560, 560XL, and 680 is a plus.
Proficiency in using CAMP/CMP/CESCOM or similar computerized maintenance tracking software.
Familiarity with GOM & GMM in relation to maintenance procedures, including MEL procedures.
Thorough knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, particularly FAR 135 operations.
Avionics experience desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal team members.
Strong work ethic with a team-oriented approach.
Successful completion of a background check, pre-employment DOT drug test, and adherence to random testing thereafter.
Flexibility to work overtime, evenings, and some weekends as required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Superior customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization.
Initiative to develop, implement, and improve procedures.
