General Manager - Independant gastro pub
Exciting opportunity for an experienced and well-organised General Manager to lead a recently refurbished independent freehold business in a picturesque location in North West Norfolk. As a Pub General Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing people, and ensuring the success of operations. Working closely with the owners to ensure customer/supplier and client relationships are maintained and developed.
Requirements
1. Previous experience as a General Manager
2. Driving sales and maintaining KPI's
3. Events management style organisation
4. Must be a great communicator
5. Ability to train and lead a team
6. Be a bit of a foodie and know wine
7. Cocktail knowledge would be desirable
8. Know beers and current market trends
9. Would be a hands on management role
