Red Rock Partnership Limited are delighted to be working with our prestigious client in Newcastle who are looking for Client Managers to join their busy team.
About the Business:
Our client is a tech-savvy data-enabled accounting firm, providing all inclusive accounting solutions on a fixed monthly subscription, comprising of services, software and support, the successful candidate well be delivering those services and providing requisite support.
About The Role:
* This position can be a hybrid.
* You’d be managing 150/200 clients.
* You can expect - ongoing training and support, flexible and at home working, AAT Study support package, annual salary reviews and appraisals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Preparation of Year-End Accounts, drafting of Corporation Tax Returns, maintaining our client’s books and records in Xero.
* Bookkeeping and Reconciliations.
* Processing client invoices on DEXT.
* Attend Client Meetings (Phone, Virtual and Face to Face) and Monitor Client Deadlines.
* Deal with incoming post and draft outbound letters as needed.
* Make calls to HMRC on behalf of clients as required.
* Onboarding new clients into the business, setting up software and updating our Client Management System.
About you:
* Experience using Xero essential.
* To be passionate about getting to know clients and their business.
* To be client focussed.
* To have a growth mindset.
* Accountancy Qualifications or Practice Experience are desirable qualities for this role but not necessary.
Hours and Pay:
* Monday to Friday: 8 hour days within flexible start and finish times.
* Salary: £26,500 to £30,000 DOE
