Prepare and analyze project costings for tenders
Conduct feasibility studies and cost planning
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
Provide accurate financial reporting and cost control throughout the project lifecycleRequirements:
Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Excel, CostX)
Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field INDCOM
