Key Responsibilities:
Provide post-contract management support for major projects, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and Group procedures.
Work closely with lead Project Managers to ensure compliance with technical specifications and contract requirements.
Lead in all pre-contract contract administration activities, including contractual communications, monitoring performance, and managing variations.
Collaborate with Supply Chain and Procurement for subcontract negotiations and supplier management.
Attend client-facing contract meetings and provide updates on contract matters during in-house project reviews.
