No KPI’s for every step of what you do, no clock watching to see when your light goes green on Teams or what time you walk into the office. (On the 2 days a week you go in)

You’ll manage a construction desk, and will need construction experience, along with a reasonably solid record of billing £120k+ a year.

You’ll also need to be the sort of person that can work under your own steam, so you can maintain focus whether you’re at home or in the office.

Your salary will be up to £30k, with a sliding commission structure from 15-30%.

You’ll also have training opportunities to further grow your career, both internally and with external providers of your choosing.
