Façade Manager

A Tier 1 contractor is looking for a Façade Manager who is an expert with Traditional Brick Façade to come on to a new build mixed-used development project valued at £50M.
You will be delivering a tower ranging from 3-12 storeys including, 300+ high-end rooms, commercial and retail spaces. The development will also provide 15,000 sq ft of workspace, and space available for local community groups. You must be able ot hit the ground running and have strong Tier 1 experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and overseeing subcontractors to ensure the quality of construction is in line with the design and specification
* Must hit the ground running and be able to
* Quality Assurance and extensive checks
* Providing weekly/monthly progress reports
* Ensure that the façade design aligns with the overall architectural design requirements
* Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues during the construction phase
* Collaborate with other project managers, construction teams, and consultants to ensure seamless integration
Key Job Details:
* Traditional Brick Façade
* You must be able to hit the ground running, you must be able to take lead on this project
* Project consists of residential, retail/commercial and work spaces
* High density project delivery
Requirements:
* Proven backgound with brick façade
* IDEAL if you have a bricklaying background
* Must have worked on residential towers
* Experience with scaffolding
* Extensive experience of Quality Assurance (QA) and checks at Tier 1 Contractor level
* Hold SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
