Senior Software Engineer

We're currently seeking a seasoned, product-oriented engineer to join our growing team of three engineers. With a focus on full-stack or back-end development, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our product vision, leading engineering initiatives, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of post-graduate, full-time professional software engineering experience.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to own large portions of product development and contribute to building a high-performing engineering team.
Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, along with a desire to contribute to and help shape the team culture.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in one or more common web application frameworks (e.g., Phoenix, Rails, Django) and experience with relational database systems.
Responsibilities
Engineering Leadership: Help establish engineering processes, systems, and codebase, driving innovation and excellence across all engineering-related activities.
Feature Development: Ship exceptional, thoughtful features and code, contributing to the continuous improvement of our product.
Strategic Decision-Making: Collaborate closely with co-founders to make strategic decisions about product development and business challenges.
Roadmap Development: Drive engineering and product roadmaps based on customer feedback and strategic analysis.

Additional Technical Skills: Experience with React, GraphQL, and Elixir/Phoenix is a plus.
