About our SaaS Solution
SynaptiQ is 3E’s SaaS product, an independent, evolutionary software suite for asset management of renewable energy portfolios (more information on SynaptiQ collects near-real time data of more than 20 million devices spread over 10 thousand utility scale and commercial solar and wind sites spread all over the globe. 
We develop and operate advanced analytical services to enrich the monitoring data by: 
satellite imaging data, 
meteorological modelling, 
advanced system modelling, 
machine learning & artificial intelligence. 
The platform combines domains related to big data, high-performance processing, IoT protocols and AI and is the product of the interactions between a multidisciplinary team of developers, scientists, renewable energy architects, electrical engineers, and enthusiast sales that implement, operate, and commercialize SynaptiQ worldwide. 
The added value realized by SynaptiQ is performance improvement and operational cost reduction for its Operations & Maintenance customers. 
The Role
We are seeking a seasoned and visionary leader to join us as a Senior Strategic Sales Advisor with a deep understanding of the solar PV industry in the United States.  
In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging your extensive experience in the renewable energy industry to drive strategic sales initiatives and expand our market reach in the USA, positioning our industry-leading SaaS platform as the preferred solution for renewable energy power producers. Beyond sales, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our market positioning, translating our value proposition into culturally relevant messaging, and guiding our expansion efforts. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
Execution of Sales Strategy: 
Lead the execution of our sales strategy, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and revenue targets.  
Deal closure:  Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, by following our SaaS sales process. Generate qualified leads (events, social media, emailing campaigns, others), conduct demos and workshops, answer tenders and RFP and close deals. Achieve ambitious sales targets. 
Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Track and report sales metrics, providing regular updates to the executive team. Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities. 
Market Positioning and Messaging: 
Develop and execute a comprehensive market positioning strategy tailored to the unique nuances of the US renewable energy market. 
Translate our value proposition into culturally relevant messaging that resonates with key stakeholders and positions 3E as a leader in the industry. 
Provide strategic sales guidance and leadership on US market, leveraging your deep understanding of the renewable energy industry to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue. 
Relationship Building and Networking: 
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with industry players, including power producers, utilities, and other key stakeholders. 
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that drive mutual success. 
Team Growth and Development: 
Play a key role in hiring and growing our sales team, providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members as we expand our presence in the market. 
Product Knowledge  
Possess an in-depth understanding of our SaaS platform's features, benefits, and technical aspects. Effectively communicate these to potential clients, showcasing how our solution addresses their specific challenges and enhances their operational efficiency. 
Collaboration and Client Education: 
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. 
Provide valuable insights from the field to contribute to product enhancements. 
Educate clients on the benefits and value proposition of our SaaS platform through presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops.
