This role will be working for a market-leading Scientific Instrumentation company, and you'll be based in the Hamburg area. Their Service team ensures customers are happy and fulfilled, and this satisfaction is absolutely critical to their success! As their Service team grows, they are looking for a new Service Administrator to join their successful and thriving team.

Service Administration Specialist responsibilities:

Strategically plan worldwide deployments for our field service team
Handle the administrative and commercial aspects of service and repair orders
Craft comprehensive spare parts and service offers
Efficiently manage order entry and invoicing for services
Coordinate technical customer inquiries, providing first-level customer support
Contribute to the creation of documentation to enhance our service offerings

Service Administration Specialist requirements:

Possess a completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
Bring experience in customer service or internal sales, preferably in an international setting
Exhibit excellent communication skills in both German and English; additional languages are a plus
Confidently navigate MS Office applications and possess knowledge of CRM and ERP systems ideally
Demonstrate an organized and structured work approach with a strong customer orientation
