Director of Revenue, London £70K-£80K + Benefits + Bonus

We're excited to be working exclusively with Central Park Collection and their leadership team as we look for a Director of Revenue to join their commercial function and manage the group's three London-based properties to drive revenue and overall commercial performance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a multi-property Revenue Director, with in-depth experience of the London market and hands-on knowledge of running a revenue and distribution strategy in the independent hotel sector. Due to the nature of the opportunity and the business, you’ll need to be highly analytical, commercially minded, and strategic in your approach as well as being well-versed in stakeholder management at all levels and have a customer-centric focus.

Responsibilities:

* Manage a multi-property environment and build out a robust guest segmentation for each property

* Manage multiple time-based strategies at any one time to optimise the opportunities available at each property and reflect the market dynamics

* Create and implement a long-term pricing strategy that meets the objectives of the owners, and in particular manages the upcoming launch of new rooms at Central Park Hotel

* Ensure the pricing strategy reflects forecasted occupancy per market segment, seasonality and day-of-week performance

* Build out strategies to optimise the business mix for the properties

* · Validate the forecasting recommendations from the existing revenue management system Duetto, and ensure the system is calibrated with all data required to produce rate recommendations and forecasts that reflect the market conditions

* Have a thorough understanding of distribution technology and how to configure all distribution technology across the distribution landscape including PMS, Channel manager, CRS, and OTAs, including a commercial understanding of the impact of OTA algorithms on OTA performance

* Have a thorough understanding of the reservations best practices and the management of revenue coming into the business, collecting advance revenues in a timely fashion and ensure that reservations, cancellations and no-shows are handled correctly to create a clear picture of the on the books situation
