We are looking to recruit an Assistant Manager whose primary duty will be to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high-quality standards and efficient stock management. You'll collaborate closely with the GM, assisting in various managerial tasks such as team leadership, scheduling, and performance monitoring. 
Key Responsibilities:
Support the GM in leading and managing the Team
Manage production schedules to meet customer demands and business objectives
Coordinate equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance
Ensure adherence to company procedures including health and safety and quality standards.
Provide regular reports to the GM on production performance
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
Prepare sales reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
Maintain proficiency in company business and IT systems. Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
Background in Engineering, Quality, or Process Engineering preferred.
