Juice is delighted to be working with a leading independent property agency based in Bath in their search for a Property Manager to join their team.
We are looking for a professional and self-motivated individual, who is organised and enjoys overseeing multiple projects.
This is a varied role, with plenty of scope to develop your career within Property Management.
DAY TO DAY:
* Acting as the first point of contact for the portfolio.
* Checking the tenant's details and deposit are all in order.
* Resolving maintenance queries.
* Liaising with contractors.
* Ensuring regular house inspections take place.
* Managing rent arrears.
* Being the contact for landlords and updating them on current situations.
* Ensuring certificates are up to date and that compliance checks are completed within the portfolio.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
* Ideally a few years of Lettings experience.
* Resilient and able to adapt to landlords’ different remits.
* Able to multi-task.
* Personable and professional communicator can build rapport.
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office and Excel.
* Full UK driving license.
AND FOR YOU:
* Annual salary of between £25,000-£30,000
* 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.
* 2-3 Days off around the Christmas/New Year period.

* 9:00-5:30pm.
* This is a full-time in the office role.
