The Role

Vision for Education are working closely with a Primary School in the BD6 area of Bradford who require a Learning Support Assistant to work within their Year 6 class. The role is full time until the end of the academic year with the possibility of going permanent for the new academic year.

Requirements 

Experience within KS2
Some SEN experience preferred
Ability to relate well to children and adults and communicate at all levels
Ability to deal effectively with students presenting challenging behaviour using de-escalation techniques as appropriate
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
