A very busy council in the Southwest, needs someone to put in the hours, as they have a huge disposals scheme to get on with, and a small team to do it with.

They are looking for a surveyor who can deal with easements, wayleaves, legal and finance queries and more, in order to prepare properties for disposal.

But bear in mind, you won’t be the one selling, you will be the one prepping!

If you are someone that hasn’t been in the industry too long, this is a great place to understand the workings of a council, you will get a lot thrown your way, but you will learn fast.
